5 Things Board Members Say They Need to Raise Money…But Are Afraid to Tell You

A board of directors can serve as a tremendous resource for development professionals, but fundraising staff often encounter challenges knowing how to best engage these types of volunteers with such diverse backgrounds. Join Jay Shatz, Program Director for BOLD, as he shares what board members say they need to be effective fundraisers on behalf of the organization. With 30+ years of nonprofit and board experience himself, and having led hundreds of local leaders through a board training program through the Leadership Center for Nonprofits, Jay will discuss what some board members are too timid to share: what they actually need from a development team to raise money and awareness. Join AFP Cincinnati for this interactive webinar to learn five things to enhance your relationship with board members and how to help set them up for success!
