Note that members are being charged a fee for this event. This is a break from past practice wherein members were able to attend for free. However, times are changing and so must we. AFP Cincinnati is one of the only chapters in North America that does not charge members for events. This small fee will help ensure the financial health of our chapter and allow us to continue to provide the quality programs and services you have come to expect from AFP Greater Cincinnati. Analisa Condon—Director of Advancement, Mercy McAuley High School Analisa Condon is the new Director of Advancement, Mercy McAuley High School , most recently the Senior Manager of Corporate Engagement at United Way of Greater Cincinnati, where she had contributed for over six years. Her nonprofit career also includes roles at Crayons to Computers and Episcopal Retirement Services. Recently, she served as Co-VP of AFP’s Education Committee, overseeing the strategy and execution of educational programming for members. She now looks forward to leading the Resource Development Committee, focusing on driving revenue growth for the chapter. A Chicago native, Analisa earned her B.A. in Communications from Xavier University in 2013 and has since made Cincinnati her home. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, exploring coffee shops, walking with a favorite podcast, and spending time with friends.

Catherine Hahn—Assistant Director of Individual Giving, Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra Before joining the CSO and Cincinnati Pops in 2017, Catherine raised funds and coordinated volunteers at other organizations across the arts and human services sectors, including the Toledo Symphony Orchestra and United Way of Greater Toledo. A longtime volunteer for AFP Cincinnati, she previously served as the Education Co-Vice President, and prior to that, chaired the CFRE education programs and co-chaired the Mentoring program. She has a B.A. in Arts Administration with an emphasis in Music Performance from the University of Kentucky, and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Toledo. Catherine earned her accreditation as a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) in 2019. When not at Music Hall, Catherine can be found enjoying local restaurants with her husband, or exploring parks with their rescue dog. |

Jordan J. Klette-Cusher— Program Officer, Elsa Sule Foundation
Jordan was a fellow in the Next Gen Fellows Program at Exponent Philanthropy and concentrates best practices and emerging trends in Philanthropy. The Exponent Philanthropy program has nurtured and enhanced his competence in leading the foundation in the community. He also enjoys participating in Philanthropy Ohio, Council on Foundations and Grant Makers for Effective Organizations. Jordan is a native of Blue Ash, Ohio and a 2017 graduate of The University of Pittsburgh, Swanson College of Engineering with a degree in Industrial Engineering and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate. Jordan was a member of the competitive tennis team and played trumpet in the jazz ensemble while at The Seven Hills High School. During high school he was a community volunteer at local nonprofits. Currently he is active in Give Back Cincinnati, and serves on the board and leadership team as the President. He has enjoyed participating in the grant review process, site visits of proposed grantees and evaluating the financial and cultural viability of nonprofits. In his free time he enjoys playing tennis, exploring the city, visiting friends, and playing trivia. |

Lynn Smith— Major Gifts Officer, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park Her previous positions include Director of Development at Girl Scouts of Western Ohio and Development Director at the music therapy organization Melodic Connections. Her career has spanned marketing, education and fundraising. Lynn holds a BA in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an Associate of Arts in Music from Thomas More College, and a graduate certificate in nonprofit management from Northern Kentucky University. In 2019, Lynn received her CFRE accreditation as a Certified Fund Raising Executive through CFRE International. She lives in Anderson Township. In her free time she enjoys hiking, live music of any kind, and yoga. |
