We’ve all been in situations where we’ve had to have a difficult conversation with an alumnus/a or donor. These conversations could be about a volunteer who is not living up to the expectations set before them or maybe they want to have a conversation about a sensitive subject. Join Norah Mock CFRE, CAP® and Maggie Ibrahim-Taney for a panel discussion on how they’ve handled these difficult conversations and provide some best practices so you are prepared.

About our Panelists:

Maggie Ibrahim-Taney is an alumni relations professional with 13+ year of experience in Higher Education Advancement. Maggie joined the UC Foundation in 2017 after working in university advancement, alumni relations and events in Boston (with a brief year in London). Maggie is the Program Director of Alumni and Donor Experience for the University of Cincinnati College of Arts and Sciences and UC Libraries.
Norah Mock is an innovative and results-driven non-profit leader with 20+ years of experience in strategic planning, fundraising, and non-profit management.  Currently, Norah serves as Vice President of Advancement at Saint Ursula Academy, a private girls’ Catholic High School located in East Walnut Hills.
