How to measure alumni engagement? Is there an industrywide framework to measure alumni engagement? (There is, sort of.) We’ll explore these questions and share approaches to alumni engagement metrics at the University of Cincinnati Foundation/Alumni Association. Presentation followed by discussion.

Russell Best is currently the Executive Director of Alumni & Donor Experience, College & Constituent Engagement, at the UC Alumni Association. He and his team serve more than 327,000 alumni across the United States and throughout the world. He has over a decade of experience in the alumni advancement and student affairs profession.
Victoria Kuhlman is an alumni relations professional with 7+ years experience in advancement and engagement work. After joining the UC Foundation/Alumni Association in 2017, she managed student engagement and philanthropy programs, and coordinated Homecoming and Alumni Weekends. Victoria is currently the Program Director of Alumni & Donor Experience, UC Lindner College of Business and Regional Campuses.
