Allocating a few hours each week to planned giving will make all the difference for your organization.

Join Sue Ellen Stuebing and Dan Virzi from CET to learn some inexpensive (and often free) ways to help establish or grow your planned giving program. You, too, may see results like CET’s whose program started with four planned gifts and is now nearing 300 in just over 15 years.

Sue Ellen Stuebing, V.P. & Chief Development Officer, CET & ThinkTV

Sue Ellen has worked in the non-profit management area for over 30 years. Sue Ellen came to CET in December 2006 to develop the Major and Planned Giving programs. Since 2009, she has managed the Development Departments of both CET and ThinkTV.

Sue Ellen has served three terms on the PBS Development Advisory Council. She also served three terms on the Greater Cincinnati Planned Giving Council Board, is a Past President and continues to serve as a mentor. Sue Ellen currently serves as a Board Member for Mission2Move. Sue Ellen is the recipient of the PBS 2018 C. Scott Elliott Development Professional of the Year.

Prior to working at CET and ThinkTV, Sue Ellen spent 16 years working for the American Cancer Society overseeing the development, education, patient support and advocacy programs for Kentucky. Sue Ellen received her B.A. in Psychology and Social Work from Thomas More College in 1984.

 

Dan Virzi Director, Major and Planned Giving, CET

Das is part of the development team at CET and ThinkTV for over a dozen years. In his role, he works with major donors, planned giving donors and oversees grant writing.

Dan holds a BA in art therapy and a BFA in museum studies from Capital University in Columbus. He also attended the Ohio State University where he pursued a Masters in Arts Policy and Management.

As a member of Greater Cincinnati Planned Giving Council, Dan is involved with the membership and marketing committee and Voices of Giving Committee. He is also a Past President.

A first-generation American, Dan is a native of Cleveland, OH and now calls Independence home along with his lovely wife, Robin, way-smarter-than-her Dad, daughter Sofia, and their rescue dog, Winston.
